Integrated Ultrasonic Level Meter is the level meter integrated the display part and the ultrasonic wave sensor.Ultrasonic is the sound above human hearing range. Human can hear maximum up to a frequency of 20 KHz. Ultrasonic frequencies are above 20 KHz. Ultrasonic waves are used to measure level of liquids and solid objects in industries. Ultrasonic level measurement is contactless principle and most suitable for level measurements of hot, corrosive and boiling liquids. The normal frequency range used for ultrasonic level measurements is within a range of 40 200 KHz.
The probe has the advantages of low power consumption, simple installation, easy positioning and wide applicable conditions.
According to the working condition requirements, the probe can IP68, anticorrosion, explosion-proof, small blind area, ultra-low power consumption, a large number of special models of products.
English display interface, 18 key button operation. More easy to understand menu options, faster to achieve man-machine communication.
Interference filtering function can be set manually.

In order to make ultrasonic liquid level meter better used in production, this paper introduces some matters needing attention in the selection and installation of ultrasonic liquid level meter.
First, the choice of range. If the liquid is measured, it can be selected according to the nominal range. If measuring solids, you need to increase the range, if it is soft objects (such as flour, cotton, sponges), will not be able to use. If the measured liquid level has a large coverage of bubbles, it is also necessary to increase the range of measurement. When the bubble thickness exceeds 5cm, it will not be recommended. There is dust or steam in the air, please consult the factory technicians in advance whether to increase the range of use.
