Warranty
Warranty Information:
During the limited two (2) year warranty period that accompanies our products, they will be repaired or replaced, at the Company’s option, at no cost to you. This warranty does not extend however, to any product or parts which have been lost or discarded by you or that have been damaged as a result of normal wear, abnormal use, abuse, accident, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, as well as to units which have been altered or modified, or that have had the serial numbers removed, altered, defaced or rendered illegible, and to units whose tamper proof seals have been broken.
Parts and components purchased will be warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase (unless otherwise authorized, in writing, by an officer of the company). Components such as o-rings, screws, bolts, gaskets, housings and flanges are not covered under warranty.
In addition all electronic cards, sensors, electronic components, meters, gauges, manifolds and mechanical devices that are found to have been damaged or that are not clearly traceable to our company will be excluded from repair/replacement. Control Valves will be warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase and will be subject to the same limitations as products covered by our two-year warranty.
All instrumentation, parts and accessories ordered as factory new will be covered only by the original factory warranty.
