The pressure of the measured medium acts on the pressure-sensitive diaphragm of the sensor, and the sensor amplifies and A/D converts the sensed electrical signal, sends it to the CPU for processing, and then outputs it as an analog quantity or a digital quantity, so as to realize pressure display, control, and transmission. The purpose of the instrument; the microprocessor can automatically compensate the zero drift, temperature drift, nonlinearity, etc. of the instrument to ensure the high precision within the operating conditions of the instrument.
Digital pressure gauge is a pressure gauge that uses digital liquid crystal display to measure pressure. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, high accuracy, small size, easy operation, can display dynamic pressure value and online pressure measurement dynamic change curve, etc. It is widely used in industrial field. When in use, the measured pressure acts on the pressure sensor through the pressure transmission medium, and the pressure sensor outputs the corresponding electrical signal or digital signal, which is processed by the signal processing unit and directly displays the measured pressure value on the display. The usage of digital pressure gauge is:
1. Place the digital pressure gauge horizontally on the test platform with less dust and less vibration, and turn on the power to warm up for 30 minutes.
2. Connect the force sensor on the back cover of the instrument to the system under test with a vacuum rubber tube, set the zero-measurement selection: switch of the digital pressure gauge to the zero position, and turn the zero-point knob to display zero.
3. Select and press the appropriate range block according to the measured pressure range, set the zero-measurement selection switch to the measurement position, and start the measurement.
In the process of using the digital pressure gauge, if it needs to be adjusted, it should be operated by a professional. The adjustment method of the digital pressure gauge is as follows:
1. Preload and air tightness inspection
Slowly pressurize to the full scale, observe the change of the digital pressure gauge value, if the displayed value is stable within 1 minute, it means that the sensor and the system under test have no leakage. After confirming that there is no leakage, release the pressure to zero, and repeat the pre-pressure 2-3 times in the full range before formal measurement.
2. Reset to zero
Release the pressure to zero, make the pressure sensor open to the atmosphere, and press the reset key to eliminate the zero drift of the digital pressure gauge. The display now shows "0000".
After the instrument is reset to zero, the system under test is turned on. At this time, the instrument displays the pressure value of the system under test, and the digital pressure gauge can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure.
