The digital pressure gauge combines the world's leading microprocessor technology and advanced analog-to-digital conversion algorithm to meet the requirements of high precision and low power consumption. Large-screen LCD technology and unique background light technology make the data clear and easy to read at night. Imported chips are used to collect, memorize and measure instrument data to maintain the highest value, and manually return to zero. The shell is fully sealed with stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and vibration, and can be used in a variety of complex environments.
The pressure of the measured medium acts on the pressure-sensitive diaphragm of the sensor. The sensor amplifies and converts the sensed electrical signal to the CPU for processing, and then outputs it as an analog quantity or digital quantity, so as to realize pressure display, control, and transmission. The microprocessor can automatically compensate the zero drift, temperature drift, nonlinearity, etc. of the instrument to ensure the high precision within the instrument's operating conditions.
There are many types of pressure sensors used in digital pressure gauges. The commonly used pressure sensors are: piezoresistive, resistance strain, ceramic, diffused silicon, sapphire and other pressure sensors. Most of these sensors use the bridge measurement principle to convert the pressure signal into a voltage signal for processing.
The resistance strain sensor adopts an elliptical section of a copper alloy or steel alloy tube, the cavity is filled with the measured pressure medium, and 4-8 strain gauges are evenly pasted along the tube or the cross section to form a bridge. The temperature compensation potentiometer RT and zero adjustment potentiometer R0 are added to the bridge. When there is no pressure, the output voltage of the bridge is zero. When the cavity is subjected to pressure, the elliptical cross-section changes, so that the resistance of the resistance strain gauge changes, and the bridge has an unbalanced voltage output. A voltage signal proportional to pressure.
