Yamatake AZBIL positioner is used with pneumatic diaphragm control valve, which can be widely used in petrochemical, electric power and other fields. It can convert the output analog signal of the control system such as DCS or PLCinto the air pressure signal that drives the pneumatic diaphragm control valve, and realize the rapid and precise positioning of the control valve and the precise adjustment of thermal parameters such as flow, excitation temperature, and liquid level.

1. Simple debugging, easy to use

Anyone can easily adjust with a screwdriver.

(1) Automatic setting: The automatic setting software is a fully automatic configuration program. The size of the actuator installed is recognized and adjustments are made automatically to ensure that the required settings are met. The zero-span adjustment is simple, the zero-span adjustment will not interfere with each other, and the zero-span setting will not change with other settings. Compared with other brand positioners, AVP3000 can automatically identify the specifications of the actuator without other peripheral equipment, and automatically adjust according to the specifications. For basic settings AVP3000 does not require a PC or peripheral equipment, the software is automatically performed by setting switches.

(2) On-site intelligent communication: AVP can be calibrated and set through the on-site intelligent communicator (SFC) applicable to all on-site intelligent instruments of Yamatake.

2. Efficient and reasonable maintenance

(1) Self-diagnosis: AVP provides a self-diagnosis program to ensure quick judgment of the failure of the regulating valve.

(2) Reduce spare parts: a single specification is suitable for regulating valves of various types and specifications. 3. Settings to meet different application requirements

Forced full-close setting: When the process requires the valve to be forced to be fully closed, AVP cuts off at a certain set signal position, and the actuator does not require special air supply pressure to ensure that the valve is completely closed. User-defined linearity, equal percentage, and quick-opening characteristics of flow characteristics are standard configuration. Users can also change the flow characteristics of the valve by setting the input/output characteristics of the positioner to meet the on-site process requirements. Precise split range setting Through the field intelligent communicator (SFC), users can easily realize the split range control of the valve (minimum setting range of 4mA) to meet the requirements of on-site process characteristics.
