Non-contact radar level meter has small antenna size, easy to install; Non-contact radar, no wear, no pollution. Almost no corrosion, bubble effect; almost not affected by water vapor in the atmosphere, the temperature and pressure changes.
In continuous non-contact level measurement with radar, the sensor sends microwave signals towards the medium from above. The surface of the medium reflects the signals back in the direction of the sensor. Using the received microwave signals, the sensor determines the distance to the product surface and calculates the level from it.
Liquids and solids are commonly measured with this measuring technique.
The non contact radar level transmitter adopts the electromagnetic wave pulse measurement method, the working frequency is 26GHZ, the beam energy is low, and it can be installed in various metal and non-metal containers or pipelines to continuously measure the level of liquid, slurry and particulate materials.
